A2Zee HR SOLUTIONS in Jaipur is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across functions. You will build pipelines via Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals, interview candidates, negotiate offers, and coordinate with hiring managers to close openings.

You will mentor the recruitment team, maintain hiring trackers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while driving hiring targets from discovery to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment life cycle
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and stakeholder management

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and departments.
• Build talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen, interview, select, and negotiate with candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring closures.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
• Conduct employee orientation and induction programs for new joiners.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and performance reports.
• Ensure strong candidate engagement and positive candidate experience.

Location: Jaipur Mansarovar

Experience: 4 - 7 Years

CTC: Up to 4.8 LPA + Incentives

Employment Type: Full-Time
