Job summary

Excel Telesonic in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and portals, screen and shortlist based on requirements, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Core Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• End-to-end recruitment process understanding.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in offer discussions and salary negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and closure skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding for selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment lifecycle.
• Support recruitment-related HR initiatives as required.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate and conduct initial candidate discussions/interviews as required.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback coordination, and selection processes.
• Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
• Coordinate documentation, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Support recruitment-related HR initiatives and other TA activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Core Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in offer discussions and salary negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.

• Good proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

• Candidates currently based in Mumbai or willing to work from Dadar West.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period will be preferred.
