Job summary

LSC Infratech Ltd. is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across PAN India.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to forecast needs, source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals, and drive timely closures for multiple functions including blue-collar roles. You will build robust talent pipelines, manage recruitment MIS, and guide a high-performing team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a strong focus on candidate

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Experience handling recruitment across multiple functions and PAN India locations.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment consultants and other sourcing channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills with hiring managers/business teams.
• Experience in MIS, recruitment reporting, hiring metrics and target-based recruitment.
• Candidates with experience in Non-IT Recruitment Consultancy, Manufacturing, Mining, Hydro, Road Construction (NHAI), Cement, Steel, Sugar, Paper, or similar industries will be preferred.
• Experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and team-management skills.
• Should be comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 38years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
