Job Description –

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end recruitment- Across all levels & locations.
• Comprehend the requirements as per budget from various stakeholders and maintain the strong pipeline, database, source potential candidates & shortlist the profiles for the job.
• Conducting preliminary rounds of interviews and arranging further rounds of the shortlisted candidates.
• Collaborate with Panel Members to conduct technical rounds.
• Involved during negotiation, answer queries about compensation & benefits and counselling of the candidates.
• Validation of all the required documents of the shortlisted candidate.
• Ensuring the smooth operation at the time of on-boarding process.
• Participate in job fairs, campus placements drive, advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media and dealing with different governmental organizations for manpower recruitment.
