Job summary

Club Mahindra invites applications for an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition based in Delhi. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline Sales positions across North India and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will source through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, conduct screening interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely hiring while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
• Bulk and lateral hiring for Sales roles.
• Sourcing through Naukri and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• Experience in multi-location hiring preferred.
• Hands-on experience in bulk/mass hiring is mandatory.
• Candidates with prior experience working in HR consultancies or recruitment agencies will be given preference.
