Job summary

Vibe Media Group in Pune is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles.

You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, maintain trackers, and drive a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing IT and Non-IT roles.
• Hands-on with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet timelines.
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare regular hiring reports.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Source & screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
• Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts and follow-ups.
• Support pre-boarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in sourcing candidates for IT / Non-IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
