Bytexl Teched in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—and align hiring with business needs. You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and ensure a strong candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has strong sourcing and networking skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS metrics. MBA in HR is preferred; IT/EdTech hiring experience is a plus.
