Job summary

Macpower in India (Gujarat, Rajkot) is seeking a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition specialist to source candidates through Naukri and other platforms, screen CVs against JD, and conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews.

You will coordinate interviews between candidates and HODs, maintain the Recruitment Tracker, follow up through selection and joining, and build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in Naukri, LinkedIn & recruitment portals.
• Strong in sourcing, screening & interview coordination.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate follow-up.
• Target-oriented with good communication & coordination skills.

• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and TAT.
• Maintain an updated candidate database.
• Prepare and maintain basic Recruitment MIS and hiring reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile
