Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services is seeking a result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional in India to drive end-to-end recruitment for multiple domains. You will source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, networks, referrals and headhunting, while engaging passive candidates for niche roles to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will screen and interview, negotiate offers, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or Headhunting.
• Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
• Proactively identify and approach passive candidates for key and niche positions.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, role fit, and organizational requirements.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews and assess candidates on communication, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, track hiring metrics, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms will be preferred.
