Job summary

Bcs Consulting in Lucknow is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to onboarding. You will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will maintain recruitment trackers and databases, generate regular hiring reports, ensure timely closure of open positions, and build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
