Job summary

Redbrix is seeking a professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles in India. You will collaborate with hiring managers to draft precise job descriptions and source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews via telephonic or video calls, and coordinate interview schedules. The role requires strong negotiation skills, stakeholder management, and a focus on a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates through the selection process
• Perform reference and background checks where applicable
• Negotiate salary and extend offers to selected candidates
• Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and candidate records
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market conditions
• Support onboarding activities for new hires
