Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to close open positions and build strong talent pipelines across portals and referrals.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills, with experience in ATS and MS Office. You will maintain accurate hiring dashboards and onboarding processes for new hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, recruitment portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple positions and onboarding processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities
