Job summary

Versatile is a specialist recruitment firm and growing our internal team. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join us and work on live hiring mandates across tech, product, and design roles.

You will source and pipeline candidates using LinkedIn and other channels, screen profiles, coordinate interviews end to end, and manage communication with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining up-to-date trackers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Proficient in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
