We’re looking for a Recruitment Associate (1–3 years of experience) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring process. As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver high-quality, culture-fit talent for clients across industries.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Write and post clear, engaging job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct resume screenings and initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate communication and ensure a positive experience.
• Keep recruitment trackers and reports up to date.
