Beyond day-to-day recruiting, you will act as a key internal consultant - analyzing hiring workflows, leveraging recruitment technologies, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both hiring managers (our internal \"customers\") and candidates. Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Process & System Optimization: Act as the super-user and internal administrator for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment tools. Continuously evaluate, audit, and improve our hiring workflows to eliminate user friction.
- Stakeholder & \"Customer\" Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their unique technical and business needs, serving as a trusted advisor who guides them through the hiring lifecycle with a high-touch, consultative approach.
- Candidate Experience Architecture: Design and map out a world-class candidate journey, ensuring high engagement, clear communication, and positive feedback at every digital and personal touchpoint.
- Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyze, and report on key talent metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness, funnel conversion rates) to drive strategic decisions and improve system performance.
- Portal & Platform Management: Oversee the organization’s presence, job postings, and branding across various external talent platforms, optimizing budget utilization and slot allocations.
- User Feedback & Beta Testing: Gather regular feedback from candidates and hiring managers regarding their experience with our hiring tools, and proactively test new HR tech features or platforms before rolling them out to the wider team.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Networking: Maintain strong relationships with external job boards, campus placement cells, and talent networks, ensuring our sourcing channels are always active and optimized.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience , with a strong preference for candidates who have experience recruiting IT and technical personnel (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, DevOps Engineers).
- Extensive hands- on experience utilizing and maximizing leading job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter) to source talent, manage databases, and optimize job visibility.
- Experience working within a fast-paced technology company, high-growth tech startup, or specialized technical recruitment agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent practical experience is highly valued).
- Deep familiarity with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters) and candidate sourcing tools.
- A naturally tech-fluent mindset - you don’t just use software; you love figuring out how it works, identifying bugs, testing features, and maximizing platform utility.
- An ability to look at hiring processes the way a product mind looks at a user funnel, with a knack for identifying workflow bottlenecks and proposing scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
- Strong empathy, active listening, and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of managing diverse stakeholders and aligning expectations with a customer-first mindset .
- Proficiency in data and analytics literacy, including translating raw data (hiring metrics, survey feedback) into actionable insights using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Specialized Talent Acquisition certifications are highly preferred (e.g., AIHR Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist, LinkedIn Recruiter Certifications, Recruiting Toolbox, or SocialTalent credentials).
- Certifications or coursework indicating a systems, agile, or project management mindset (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Project Management (PMP/CAPM), Customer Success, or Product Management basics) are a strong plus.
