Job summary

Grade Capital in Gurugram, India is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to joining. You will source through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and other channels, while proactively engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.

You will screen, coordinate interviews with technical/functional panels, and ensure timely feedback. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in end-to-end hiring.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience.
• Experience hiring for non-technical roles is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong candidate negotiation and offer-closing skills.
• Comfortable working directly with founder and senior leadership.
• Strong ownership, urgency and ability to work in a fast-changing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer acceptance and joining.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, communities, job portals, Boolean search and other channels.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates, especially for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Conduct initial resume screening and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate technical/functional interviews and ensure timely feedback from interviewers.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment funnel and maintain accurate records and dashboards.
• Monitor and improve hiring metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Interview-to-Selection Ratio, Offer Acceptance Rate and Source Effectiveness.
• Develop talent pools for future hiring requirements rather than hiring only against immediate openings.
• Support employer branding, referral programs and recruitment campaigns.
• Use AI and modern recruitment tools to improve sourcing, screening and recruitment efficiency.
