Falconfs is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team in Gurugram. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment across technology, product, and business functions.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and support candidates through the hiring process to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify candidate profiles.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare/modify job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess skills and fit.
• Maintain and update candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to track interview feedback and decisions.
• Support offer rollouts, negotiation discussions, and pre-joining engagement.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and prepare regular hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
• Stay updated on talent markets, channels, and trends.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment and looking to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring across technology, product, and business functions.

You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand requirements, source relevant candidates, coordinate interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare/modify job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
• Fresher’s with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms will be an added advantage.
