Job summary

InfoBeans is seeking an Associate – Talent Acquisition with 1–3 years of experience in technical recruitment to lead IT hiring initiatives. The role focuses on sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and driving a strong candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, source through major portals, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support offers and onboarding. A fast-paced environment with targets awaits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment/IT Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS, and Boolean Search.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ensure hiring targets, TAT, and candidate experience are consistently achieved.
• Maintain recruitment data and ATS records.

Qualifications
