Job summary

LatentView in India is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and analytics roles. You will source, screen, and onboard top talent while collaborating with hiring managers on skills, experience, budget, location, and timelines.

You will own the candidate journey, negotiate offers, and coordinate timelines in a fast-paced analytics environment, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of core technical talent acquisition experience, focusing on Data & Analytics hiring (Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI Engineers).
• Proven ability to manage both niche IC roles and large-scale/bulk recruitment drives.
• Autonomous in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Boolean searches, social sourcing, and tech community engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate-negotiation skills.
