Job summary

Careervitablr is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring across Data Engineering, GenAI, Data Science, and Software Engineering roles. The role will manage end-to-end recruitment, build diverse pipelines, partner with stakeholders, and deliver hiring outcomes with a positive candidate experience.

You will own the complete hiring process, collaborate with managers, coordinate interviews, and help with offers and onboarding to drive timely outcomes.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring across Data Engineering, GenAI, Data Science, andSoft ware Engineering roles. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong and diverse talent pipelines, partnering closely with business stakeholders, and delivering hiring outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Delivery

Own the complete hiring process from candidate outreach and screening through offer closure and onboarding coordination.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and hiring priorities.

Manage offer discussions, compensation alignment, and candidate negotiations in collaboration with HR and leadership.

Ensure a smooth, transparent, and engaging experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

Identify and engage suitable candidates for Data Engineering and Data Science positions using job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social platforms.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and continuous market engagement.

Apply creative sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Interview Coordination & Assessment Support

Plan and manage interview schedules between candidates and interview panels, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Brief candidates on interview expectations, role scope, and team dynamics.

Capture interviewer feedback, track evaluations, and support hiring decisions through clear communication and follow ups.

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a key point of contact for hiring managers and business stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Provide regular updates on hiring progress, candidate availability, and market insights.

Align stakeholders on timelines, feedback expectations, and offer approvals to ensure smooth decision-making.

Coordinate with external vendors or partners when required to support hiring needs.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.

Experience hiring for technical roles, preferably in Software Engineering, data engineering, data science, or analytics.

Strong sourcing expertise, interview coordination skills, and process orientation.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities
