Job summary

Daywon Technologies in Kerala seeks a proactive Technical Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for global tech roles from our Kerala office. You will devise sourcing strategies and independently drive recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.

You will partner with hiring managers, analyze pipelines, and mentor junior recruiters while thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that requires meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Technical recruitment experience with permanent/contract roles.
• 2+ years in candidate generation, recruiting, or sourcing.
• Ability to partner with hiring teams to build sourcing, assessment, and closing processes.
• Strong analytics to measure and scale workflow between candidates and recruiters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mentoring skills preferred; consultancy and corporate recruiting background a plus.

Preferred candidate profile

• Technical Recruitment Experience especially permanent/contract recruitment
• 2+ years of candidate generation, recruiting, or sourcing experience
• Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing.
• Strong analytics, with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

• Strong mentoring skills preferred
• Mix of consultancy and corporate recruiting experience a plus
