Authentic Staffing Agency in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves understanding requirements, coordinating across multiple functions, and guiding a recruitment team to ensure timely hiring.

The candidate will develop sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases, conduct talent mapping, screen candidates, and oversee interviews and offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requirement understanding to candidate joining.
• Handle multiple positions across various functions and business units.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the Talent Acquisition team.
• Allocate requirements among recruiters and monitor daily progress.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, consultants, etc.
• Conduct talent mapping and identify candidates from target/competitor companies.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up for timely interview feedback and selection decisions.
• Manage salary negotiations and coordinate the offer process.
• Track offer acceptance, joining dates, notice periods, and candidate backouts.
