Job summary

Instant Transport Solution is seeking a recruitment specialist in Gurugram to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. You will understand manpower requirements, prepare recruitment plans, source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, and other channels, and coordinate screenings and interviews.

You will also handle vendor management, offer negotiations, joining formalities, and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future needs while tracking
