Job summary

Shaastra Life Sciences in India is seeking an inventory professional to manage material and finished goods for our pharma intermediates manufacturing plant. You will oversee GRN, stock reconciliation, and dispatch coordination.

You will work closely with Production, QC and QA to ensure timely material availability, compliant documentation (GST, permits) and safe storage of chemicals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of stores/inventory management experience in pharma/chemical manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ERP inventory modules.
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO and cycle counting.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

Manage raw material and finished goods inventory for a pharmaceutical intermediates/KSM manufacturing plant. Handle GRN, stock reconciliation, dispatch coordination, and ERP-based inventory tracking. Coordinate closely with Production, QC and QA for timely material availability and finished goods dispatch. Ensure statutory documentation (GST, transport permits) and safe storage/handling of chemical materials.

Preferred candidate profile:

2-3 years of stores/inventory management experience, preferably in a chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. Working knowledge of ERP inventory modules. Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO practices and cycle counting.
