Job summary

Sarshika Pharmachem LLP is seeking a Stores In-Charge to independently manage Stores and Warehouse operations in an API/pharmaceutical manufacturing setup located in Tumkur. The role covers material receipt, storage, inventory control, documentation, GMP compliance, and supervision of the Stores team.

The candidate should have 6–7 years of hands-on GMP-regulated warehouse experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and possess strong skills in SAP/ERP, inventory management, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree is required.
• Hands-on GMP-regulated warehouse/stores operations experience preferred.
• Experience in API/pharma manufacturing environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete Stores & Warehouse operations in an API manufacturing facility.
• Handle Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Intermediates, Finished Goods, and Consumables.
• Manage material receipt, inspection, quarantine, storage, and issuance.
• Maintain accurate inventory and batch-wise/location-wise stock records.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for material movement.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, Purchase, Planning, and Finance for material requirements.
• Maintain GRN, issue records, stock registers, and GMP documentation.
• Ensure GMP, SOP, GDP, safety, and material segregation compliance.
• Support GMP, regulatory, and customer audits and CAPA closure.
• Supervise Stores/Warehouse personnel and ensure team productivity.
