Job summary

Sarvottam Polymers is seeking a Stores Executive to oversee inward/outward movement of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and consumables, and maintain accurate ERP entries.

The role requires 3–6 years in stores within manufacturing, familiarity with ERP, and strong MS Excel skills to manage inventory, GRNs, challans, and stock audits.

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com / B.Sc / BBA with 3–6 years' stores experience in manufacturing.
• ERP software experience and strong inventory documentation
• Proficient in MS Excel and maintaining accurate records

Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward movement of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely ERP entries.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase team for material replenishment.
• Issue materials to Production as per approved requisitions.
• Verify GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, and other store-related documents.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation and physical inventory.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
• Maintain proper storage practices using FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.
• Ensure proper identification, segregation, and storage of materials.
• Prepare MIS reports related to stock, inventory movement, and consumption.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards within the store.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and inventory control procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA preferred).
• 3- 6 years of experience in Stores within a manufacturing company.
• Experience in ERP software ( ERP, etc.).
• Good knowledge of inventory management, documentation, and MS Excel.
• Experience from Rigid Plastic Packaging or Plastic Manufacturing companies will be preferred.
