Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Nagpur, India is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate. The role focuses on meeting monthly and daily targets, managing store operations, and executing the brand’s sales plan on the floor.

Qualifications

• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Cash deposit to bank or to the Payment collection team.
• Stock Audits
• Monitoring billings and sales on regular basis
• DSR and daily checklists.
• Monitoring staff performance.
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
