Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Ernakulam, Kerala, seeks a store sales associate to drive daily targets and deliver high customer satisfaction. You will greet customers, introduce MYOP offerings, and assist in selecting perfumes while maintaining store presentation.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a passion for sales, with freshers welcome and multilingual abilities considered an asset. Training and daily store routines are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Invite customers to the outlet.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers.
• Help customers identify the right perfume.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Complete daily checklists (DSR).
• Place stock requests to head office (HO).
• Validate and receive stock.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed.
