Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] is seeking a Sales Associate to drive daily and monthly targets at our Greater Noida outlet. You will engage customers, present MYOP concepts, and guide them to suitable fragrances while maintaining store displays and stock control.

Role requires excellent communication, time management, and a passion for sales. Fresher-friendly with training; multi-language communication is a plus. PF, overtime, and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales

Requirements

Key Task:

• Sales
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.

Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required
