Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Delhi is seeking a Store Sales Executive to drive monthly and daily targets and manage day-to-day store operations. You will plan tasks and rosters for sales executives and ensure the on-the-floor execution of the organization's sales strategy.

Requirements

Key Tasks

1. Sales

• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume

2. Store Operations

• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Cash deposit to bank or to the Payment collection team.
• Stock Audits
• Monitoring billings and sales on regular basis
• DSR and daily checklists.
• Monitoring staff performance.
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification
