Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) is seeking a customer-focused retail associate for its outlet in Odisha. You will greet customers, present MYOP products, help them choose scents, and keep the store clean and merchandised.

You will contribute to achieving daily and monthly targets, maintain stock accuracy, assist with stock requests, and handle customer questions with professionalism. Freshers welcome; strong communication is key.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2 years retail sales experience preferred.
• Freshers may apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.

Requirements

Key Task:

• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales

Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages
