Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Chennai invites dynamic retail professionals to join our outlet. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, and help with stock management to meet daily targets.

Freshers welcome; graduates with retail experience preferred. Strong communication, multi-language ability, and zeal for sales help you thrive in a fast-paced environment with promotional activities and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Candidates with excellent communication skills and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Key Task:

• Sales


• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)


• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.


• Demonstrating and presenting products


• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.


• Store cleanliness and merchandising.


• Stock Audits


• DSR and Daily checklists


• Placing stock request to HO


• Validating and receiving stock.


• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cox dept if required.
