Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] is seeking a retail sales associate to drive daily and monthly targets, assist customers, and maintain attractive in-store displays. The role emphasizes high customer satisfaction, adherence to SOP, and timely trainings, with opportunities linked to stock management and merchandising.

The ideal candidate may be a graduate with 2 years of retail sales experience or a motivated fresher with strong communication and sales passion, capable of communicating in multiple

Qualifications

• Preferably graduates with 2 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.

• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
