Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in Maharashtra, India seeks a sales-focused team member to drive daily and monthly targets. You will engage customers, introduce the MYOP concept, demonstrate perfumes, and assist shoppers in choosing the right fragrance while maintaining store standards and merchandising.

The role supports stock management, performs stock audits, and helps with daily checklists and complaints escalation as needed. Freshers welcome with strong communication and sales passion.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail sales experience preferred with B2C brands.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.
• Must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Requirements

• Working towards monthly and daily targets
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store.
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timing.
• Assist store manager in Stock Management.
• Completion of all trainings within the defined timeline.
