Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) in Mumbai seeks a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to drive daily and monthly targets, oversee store operations, and coordinate sales staff. You will plan tasks and rosters, implement on-floor promotions, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

The role requires graduates with 4 years in retail sales, strong communication, and the ability to communicate in multiple languages. Cash handling, stock management, and adherence to SOPs are essential.

• Excellent communication skills and passion for sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and daily targets.

• · Completion of monthly staff evaluation.

Key tasks

• · Sales
• o Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• o Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• o Demonstrating and presenting products
• o Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• · Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• · Cash deposit to bank or to the Payment collection team.
• · Stock Audits
• · Monitoring billings and sales on regular basis
• · DSR and daily checklists.
• · Monitoring staff performance.
• · Placing stock request to HO
• · Validating and receiving stock.
• · Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.

Qualification
