Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) in Chennai seeks a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive daily and monthly targets. You will maintain store standards, assist with stock management, and support promotions.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a passion for sales. Freshers encouraged; multi-language skills are a plus, and adherence to SOP is essential.

• Assist store manager in Stock Management.

• Sales: inviting customers, introducing MYOP, demonstrating products, helping identify right perfume, store merchandising.

Requirements

• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume.
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Stock Audits
• DSR and Daily checklists
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
