Customer Service & Front-of-House

• Welcoming Guests: Greet customers warmly as they enter, guide them to seats, or assist them at the counter.
• Taking Orders: Listen to customer requests, explain menu items, suggest daily specials, and note dietary preferences or restrictions accurately.
• Handling Payments: Operate the cash register, process credit or debit card transactions, and balance the till at the end of a shift.

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Making Drinks: Brew coffee, steam milk, and prepare espresso, tea, or cold specialty drinks.
• Preparing Light Bites: Assemble simple menu items like sandwiches, salads, or baked goods, and ensure food freshness.
• Serving Orders: Deliver food and drinks to tables or call out completed orders promptly and courteously.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Clearing Tables: Remove used plates, cups, and cutlery promptly when guests finish.
• Sanitizing Workspaces: Wipe down counters, clean coffee machines, sweep floors, and wash dishes.
• Restocking Supplies: Refill napkin holders, condiment stations, and stock display fridges or storage cabinets.
