Job summary

You will handle room service orders, prepare trays, deliver to guest rooms, and ensure proper presentation and timely service in line with hotel standards.

• Welcome guests in the restaurant and provide professional table service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
• Set up, clear, and maintain tables as per hotel standards.
• Handle room service orders, prepare trays/trolleys, and deliver orders to guest rooms.
• Ensure proper presentation and service of food and beverages.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and Front Office for smooth order and room service operations.
• Attend to guest requests and complaints courteously and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, and room service equipment.
• Follow proper billing, KOT, and order procedures.
• Assist in restaurant setup, closing duties, and maintaining stock of service items.
• Maintain professional grooming, communication, and guest-service standards.
• Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
