Job Purpose:

The Steward is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest dining experience by providing attentive service and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. Stewards play a key role in assisting the service team, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the smooth running of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
• Assist in setting up tables, arranging utensils, and ensuring the dining area is neat and orderly.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, ensuring guests' needs are met promptly.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely serving of orders.
• Assist with stock management, refilling supplies, and supporting other staff when required.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
