• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and snacks according to quality standards.
• Greet guests and handle their orders accurately.

• Coordinate with the on-site hospitality team.

Job description

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes and quality standards
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Heat/assemble light food items and snacks as required
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control

Customer Service

• Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service
• Take orders accurately and handle transactions (POS/cashless systems)
• Address customer questions, preferences, and special requests
• Resolve basic service concerns professionally and elevate when necessary

Operations & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, counters, and dining areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health compliance standards
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and disposables
• Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs
• Support opening and closing procedures

On-Site Deployment

• Adhere to client site policies, dress code, and security procedures
• Coordinate with the on-site hospitality/operations team
• Represent the company positively within the client’s workplace
