Job summary

Bahri Hospitality & Cuisines in Gurugram is seeking friendly, service-oriented GSAs and Stewards to ensure an excellent guest experience, smooth table service, and daily caf/restaurant operations support.

As a member of our team, you will greet guests, take orders, serve according to brand standards, keep service areas clean, and assist with menu knowledge. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and peak hours while upholding hygiene and grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as GSA / Steward / Service Staff in a caf, restaurant or hotel preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-focused attitude and positive body language.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends and peak hours.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and assist with seating
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service
• Serve food and drinks as per brand standards and presentation guidelines
• Ensure tables, service areas and guest zones are clean, organized and well set at all times
• Support guests with menu knowledge, basic recommendations and order clarifications
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow
• Handle guest requests, basic concerns and service recovery in a polite and professional manner
• Assist in billing and payment process whenever required
• Follow hygiene, food safety and grooming standards strictly as per company SOPs
• Support opening and closing duties of the outlet
• Assist supervisors and shift managers in daily operational requirements.
