Job summary

Be Additive Corporation in India is seeking a Sr. US IT Recruiter to lead staffing for US-based W2 permanent roles, particularly for banking/financial services clients.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to close positions efficiently and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, ATS, and other channels, screening for technical fit, and presenting qualified profiles to clients while maintaining a robust candidate pipeline

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
• Proven experience working on W2 permanent/direct-hire positions.
• Prior experience recruiting for Banking/Financial Services/FinTech clients.
• Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment process and hiring market.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineers, Java/Python, Cloud/DevOps, Data Engineers, QA, BA).
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Comfortable with a US shift/time-zone environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source and recruit candidates for W2 permanent/direct-hire opportunities.
• Handle requirements for banking and financial services clients.
• Translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, ATS and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and fit; interview them.
• Present qualified profiles to clients/hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and drive candidates through hiring process.
• Build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders; ensure ATS updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

• Understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, work authorization, and overall fit.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and present qualified profiles to clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and drive candidates through the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in the ATS/recruitment database.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
• Proven experience working on W2 permanent/direct-hire positions.
• Prior experience recruiting for Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or similar clients is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment process and hiring market.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Java/Python Developers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, QA, Business Analysts, etc.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent understanding of Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a US shift/time-zone environment.
