Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, and referrals
• Conduct Boolean searches and advanced talent mapping on LinkedIn Recruiter
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles
• Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards
• Stay updated on US hiring practices, visa types, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various IT roles in the US market. Strong expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter for talent sourcing is mandatory.
