Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a target-driven Sales Executive to drive the growth of residential solar PV systems in the Varanasi region. You will own monthly targets, nurture leads, and collaborate with the marketing team to boost deal conversions.

You will generate new business, build a channel partner network with support from the AGM Sales, and develop ROI-based proposals. Field site surveys and techno‑commercial proposals will be prepared on the Freyr Energy Platform.

Qualifications

• Diploma or graduation in any discipline.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and writing professional emails.
• Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
