Sundaram Home Finance Limited is seeking a Business Development Officer/Associate (RM / Sr. RO / RO / BDO / BDA) to manage the end-to-end loan process and drive branch revenue across PAN India.

The role emphasizes customer identification, documentation quality, and relationship building with customers and partners to meet growth targets, while ensuring service standards and adherence to policies. You will work in a dynamic team, report to the Branch Manager, and require 2+ years of home loan

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in selling home loan or related products.
• Understanding of home loan products and competitors' policies.
• Excellent communication and local language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Handle full loan application process from customer identification to disbursement.
• Support branch growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Address post-disbursement clarifications when needed.

Position description: Responsible for complete process of a loan application commencing from customer identification to disbursement and clarifications after disbursement if any in addition to supporting the growth of the branch and ensuring individual revenue targets are achieved consistently.

• Market understanding including products/policies of competitors
• Excellent communication skills with a reasonable proficiency in the local language
