Job summary

Weekday 1 client in Real Estate is seeking a seasoned Channel Sales professional for CP sourcing in Mumbai. You will handle sourcing, onboarding, and relationship management with channel partners to drive leads and closures.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Channel Sales / CP Sourcing, a strong and active CP network in SoBo and Western Mumbai up to Mira Road/Bhayander, and proven ability to achieve targets in a high-value real estate market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Channel Sales / CP Sourcing
• Strong and active CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai till Mira Road or Bhayander
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Real Estate experience is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Handle Channel Partner (CP) sourcing for the assigned market.
• Should have worked on luxury projects above 3 crores +
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs.
• Must have an active CP network in SoBo / Western Mumbai up to Mira Road, Bhayander.
• Identify and onboard new Channel Partners.
• Generate business through the CP network.
• Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures.
• Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets.
