Job summary

Weekday (YC W21) in Goregaon, Mumbai seeks an Associate to drive Channel Partner sourcing in the real estate market. The role requires 3+ years in CP sourcing and an active CP network in South Bombay and Western Mumbai.

You will develop partnerships, onboard new channel partners, and deliver leads, site visits and closures to achieve targets.

• 3+ years in Channel Sales / CP Sourcing.
• Strong CP network in SoBo/Western Mumbai till Mira Road/Bhayander.
• Real Estate experience required.

• Handle Channel Partner (CP) sourcing for the assigned market
• Should have worked on lunxury projects above 3crores +
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs
• Must have an active CP network in SoBo / Western Mumbai up to Mira Road, Bhayander
• Identify and onboard new Channel Partners
• Generate business through the CP network
• Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures
• Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets

Requirements:

• 3+ year of experience in Channel Sales / CP Sourcing
• Strong and active CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai till Mira Road or Bhayander
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented and business-focused
• Real Estate experience is mandatory
