Job summary

Essel Estate is seeking a sourcing manager for a real estate project in Mumbai. The role focuses on CP sourcing for mid-luxury developments and requires an active network in Juhu, Andheri, and Bandra.

You will identify and onboard channel partners, drive leads, site visits, and closures, and strive to achieve sourcing and business targets for projects above 2 crores.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales / CPS Sourcing
• Strong CP network in juhu Andheri bandra areas
• Real estate experience mandatory
• Should have recently worked in mid-luxury projects starting from 2 crores

• Handle Channel Partner sourcing for the assigned market.
