Job summary

WAY2GO_Consultant Service in Bandra to Andheri, Mumbai, seeks a Manager - Sourcing / Channel Sales with 3–5 years in luxury real estate sales for a reputed developer. The role focuses on identifying channel partners, promoting projects, and building a strong partner network.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with a trainer mindset and a proactive, multitasking approach to drive sales targets and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in full sales cycle including fixing appointment to deal closing.
• Strong Communication, Negotiation And Presentation Skills.
• Should be a good trainer and motivator
• Dynamic & self-motivated, result-oriented professional with a positive outlook and never give up attitude.
• Structured and process oriented, zeal for multitasking and Comprehensive towards Facts and Figures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
