Job summary

Weekday is seeking an Associate-level sales professional to drive channel partner sourcing in the SoBo and Western Mumbai market, with a focus on mid-luxury projects starting from 2 crores. The role requires a strong CP network and proven relationship-building skills to onboard partners and generate business.

Location is Oshiwara, Goregaon, with a full-time on-site schedule. Prior real estate experience in mid-luxury developments is mandatory, along with 2+ years in channel sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales / CPS Sourcing.
• Strong and active CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai up to Mira Road or Bhayander.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Real estate experience is mandatory.
• Should have recently worked in mid-luxury projects starting from 2 crores.

Responsibilities

• Handle Channel Partner (CP) sourcing for the assigned market.
• Should have worked on mid- luxury projects above 2 crores +.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs.
• Current CP DAR in Sobo & Western till Bhayander.
• Active CP must be okay to work for projects in Oshiwara or Goregaon.
• Identify and onboard new Channel Partners.
• Generate business through the CP network.
• Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures.
• Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets.
